We also facilitate the Contract to Hire Program, which gives you the opportunity to evaluate the selected candidate within your company's environment before hiring them. The candidate would work the contractual period on our payroll, giving you the opportunity to evaluate job skills, qualifications and ensure a fit within your organization. Should you wish to convert the contract candidate to your payroll, we will work with you to provide a smooth transition. A nominal fee is charged as per the contract agreement when the employees are transferred to your payroll.
